Windows 10

To install the Android USB driver on Windows 10 for the first time, do the following:

1. Connect your Android device to your computer's USB port.
2. From Windows Explorer, open Computer Management.
3. In the Computer Management left pane, select Device Manager.
4. In the Device Manager right pane, locate and expand Portable Devices or Other Devices, depending on which one you see.
5. Right-click the name of the device you connected, and then select Update Driver Software.
6. In the Hardware Update wizard, select Browse my computer for driver software and click Next.
7. Click Browse and then locate the USB driver folder. For example, the Google USB Driver is located in android_sdkextrasgoogleusb_driver.
8. Click Next to install the driver.

Windows 8.1

To install the Android USB driver on Windows 8.1 for the first time, do the following:

1. Connect your Android device to your computer's USB port.
2. Access search, as follows:

Procedure:

• Open Qcom tab
• Select your model in the right “Phone model” drop-down list
• Install required drivers
• Power off the phone
• Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
• Wait up to 30 seconds while the diagnostic port appears (your phone will be in charging mode)
  If diagnostic port is not detected, power the phone ON and activate it by dialing ##2324#. Then select diag port in the ports tab.

Diagnostic mode activation: dial *#2618# or ###2324#

Procedure:

• Open Qcom tab
• Go to 'Unlock' tab
• Select your model “Phone model” drop-down list on the right
• Select virtual port “Plug the USB cable into the powered off phone…”
• Power off the phone
• Press 'Direct Unlock' button
• Press and hold vol- and vol+ buttons simultaneously
• Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
• Message 'Done' indicates that the procedure has been completed successfully and the handset can be disconnected now.

• Press “Remove FRP” button
• The message 'Removing FRP lock...Done' indicates that procedure has been completed successfully

Warning: This feature will erase all phone’s data and accounts

If after FRP removal user data was not wiped automatically, perform this procedure manually in the recovery mode.

2. Go to 'Flash' tab
3. Select your model in the right “Phone model” drop-down list
4. Power off the phone
5. Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
6. Wait up to 30 seconds while the diagnostic port appears (your phone will enter the charging mode)
7. Select diagnostic port in the ports selection tab
8. Choose the appropriate flash file and press 'Open'
9. Press 'Write Flash' button
10. Message 'Done' indicates that the procedure has been completed successfully and the handset can be disconnected now.

Open lock: inactive unlock code

3. Go to 'Unlock' tab
4. Connect a phone to PC with USB cable
5. Install required USB Driver (only if the phone is connected for the first time)
6. Adjust USB Settings on the phone:
• Go to 'Notifications' (by touching the notifications bar at the top of the phone's screen and dragging it down)
• Touch the USB connection notification
• Disable MTP by unticking the option from phone menu
7. Select 'Coolpad Android Diagnostics USB VCOM port'
8. Press 'Direct unlock' button
9. Wait for the message 'Restarting phone... Done' to appear in Sigma dialog window; only after that turn the phone off.

Enable diagnostic port

1. Root your smartphone
2. Select 'Android ADB' platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software.
3. Go to 'Qualcomm' bookmark
4. Press 'Enable Diag Port' button

1. Download Repair file for your phone from Smart-Clip2 section of boot-loader.com website -> Alcatel -> Repair_Files
2. Select 'Qualcomm' platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
3. Go to 'Service' tab
4. Turn the phone ON and connect the phone to PC with USB cable
5. Choose appropriate Repair File (in SKF format)
6. Press 'Repair Security Area' button and wait for the procedure to finish
